We all know how important it is to use sunscreen products but most of you guys are leaving it out completely or applying only once a day. I’m guilty of the latter. It’s advised to apply 20 minutes before initially venturing out and reapply appropriately during long periods of sun exposure. So many people are being diagnosed with skin cancer, partly because of ignoring all the warnings of too much sun exposure.
I use La Roche-Posay 50 SPF Sensitive Eye Innovation and my skin feels very comfortable. It does not cause me to have break-outs. Although the cream is white it doesn’t leave a white cast on my skin once it’s rubbed in. I don’t usually use such a high SPF on a regular daily basis – but when I go to the mountain or beach, this is the sunscreen I always take along.
This sunscreen has UVA protection, helping to reduce photoaging and darkening of the skin which occurs because of UVA ability to penetrate deeper into the skin. UVB is the main cause of sunburn and reddening. It’s fragrance-free and is used for sensitive and sun intolerance skin.
La Roche-Posay 30 SPF Anthelios Spray; water-resistant and paraben-free.
